Panels mismatching the description, support extended on chat not satisfactory. Executive accepted that it’s a labor error but instead of fixing it and sending us the correct panel, we are being asked to “adjust” with an incorrect design, or even better, select an alternative product. Quote unquote, “finish will not be good if we send a replacement panel”. Unbelievable!!
