I bought this lovely piece of furniture a week ago. It’s been a great addition to my room. I was a bit hesitant at first to buy something with no reviews yet, but the live video calls and customer support reassurance really helped with the purchase. It was super easy to build and arrived the most secure packaging I’ve ever seen before. The leveller at the bottom was falling short which made the shelf a bit imbalanced, which was promptly taken care of by Mahesh. He sent a replacement over to Mumbai in a few days and that stabilised the entire shelf!
