Four-leg high chairs tip backward when a child leans back hard or pushes against the table. It happens more often than most parents expect. The A-frame base on this one spreads the footprint wide enough that backward tipping isn't a risk without any floor attachment needed. The tray swings to the side for removal, so you seat the child first and attach the tray after (the lifting-over-the-tray method works until the child is too heavy, which is sooner than expected). Acacia's surface hardness means the tray doesn't pick up cutlery scratches after a few months of daily meals, which painted softwood does.

Wipe with a lightly damp cloth for spills and marks. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners. Solid wood can be lightly sanded and re-oiled by a carpenter if needed, unlike MDF which cannot be repaired once the surface is compromised.

Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid standing water and direct sunlight for extended periods. Apply a thin coat of raw linseed oil or furniture oil once every 12 to 18 months if the surface looks dry. Sheesham and Teak contain natural oils and do not require heavy chemical maintenance.
All Mamta Handicraft furniture carries a 36-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Every piece is also covered by lifetime termite protection, a 3-step chemical treatment applied during manufacturing at our Ratangarh factory. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water submersion, or unauthorised modifications.
