I bought this lovely piece of furniture a week ago. It’s been a great addition to my room. I was a bit hesitant at first to buy something with no reviews yet, but the live video calls and customer support reassurance really helped with the purchase. It was super easy to build and arrived the most secure packaging I’ve ever seen before. The finishing is gorgeous! The leveller at the bottom was falling short which made the shelf a bit imbalanced, which was promptly taken care of by Mahesh. He sent a replacement over to Mumbai in a few days and that stabilised the entire shelf!
**Poor Quality and Durability – Disappointed with the Purchase**
I purchased this coffee table from Mamata Handicrafts, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The product took **around one month to be delivered** after placing the order.
What is even more concerning is the quality. **Within just one week of receiving the table, the joints started opening up, and visible cracks have appeared on all four corners.** For a newly purchased table, this is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality of the workmanship and durability of the product.
I expected much better quality considering the price and the reputation of the seller. I would not recommend this product unless the quality and finishing are significantly improved.
Nice quality, looks good in my living room. Happy with it.
