The Sierra Outdoor Chair is a metal-frame accent chair with detachable cushions. It's listed in the chair range for patios, balconies, and covered terraces. The M.S. (mild steel) frame has a matte black powder-coat finish that handles outdoor exposure without surface rust at the weld points, which is the first failure point on cheaper painted-steel outdoor furniture. At 30"W x 24"D x 33"H, it's compact enough for a 90 cm deep balcony without crowding.
The cushions are 100% polyester fill with a micro-corduroy surface fabric. Polyester fill doesn't absorb moisture the way cotton does, so cushions left outside overnight during light dew don't take on weight or develop mildew. The detachable design means the cushions come indoors during heavy rain. The cream colour works against the black frame because the contrast ratio is high enough to read clearly even in outdoor light, where lower-contrast furniture tends to look washed out.

Yes. Teak (Tectona grandis) contains natural silica and oils that make it inherently weather-resistant. All pieces in our teak outdoor furniture range are additionally treated for UV and moisture resistance before leaving the factory.
Teak weathers well outdoors, gradually developing a silver-grey patina if left untreated. To retain the original golden-brown colour, apply teak oil every 6 to 12 months. Bring cushions indoors during heavy monsoon rain to prevent mildew.
Wipe with a damp cloth to remove surface dust and pollen. Apply teak oil or outdoor wood oil once a year. Scrub with a soft brush and soapy water for deeper cleaning. Avoid high-pressure washing.
Cushion inclusion is noted in the specifications. Outdoor cushions use weather-resistant fabric. Store cushions indoors during extended monsoon periods.
This product is made to order by our artisans in Ratangarh, Rajasthan. Orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 business days. Delivery across India takes an additional 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid standing water and direct sunlight for extended periods. Apply a thin coat of raw linseed oil or furniture oil once every 12 to 18 months if the surface looks dry. Sheesham and Teak contain natural oils and do not require heavy chemical maintenance.
All Mamta Handicraft furniture carries a 36-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Every piece is also covered by lifetime termite protection, a 3-step chemical treatment applied during manufacturing at our Ratangarh factory. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water submersion, or unauthorised modifications.
