The natural polish on Sheesham develops a slightly warmer tone over time in bedroom conditions — regular dusting and the warmth of indirect lighting bring out the amber range in the grain without requiring any special treatment. At 50 cm wide, this doesn't push into the walking clearance beside the bed in a standard Indian bedroom layout. Two separate shelves are more useful than one: stacking books on the same surface as a charging cable and a water glass creates clutter; separate levels keep each category in its own space.

This product is made to order by our artisans in Ratangarh, Rajasthan. Orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 business days. Delivery across India takes an additional 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid standing water and direct sunlight for extended periods. Apply a thin coat of raw linseed oil or furniture oil once every 12 to 18 months if the surface looks dry. Sheesham and Teak contain natural oils and do not require heavy chemical maintenance.
All Mamta Handicraft furniture carries a 36-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Every piece is also covered by lifetime termite protection, a 3-step chemical treatment applied during manufacturing at our Ratangarh factory. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water submersion, or unauthorised modifications.
