The part that fails on a foldable step stool is almost always the hinge. Friction-based hinges lose their grip after a few months of regular folding and the stool starts to wobble mid-use. This one uses a cross-brace that locks under load rather than staying put by tension alone. Solid mango wood handles the downward compression of someone standing on the step. Pink steps, teal frame. At 41 x 28 x 46 cm it folds flat for storing behind a door. As a side table, the top surface holds a glass and a book without feeling precarious when you reach across it.

Wipe with a lightly damp cloth for spills and marks. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners. Solid wood can be lightly sanded and re-oiled by a carpenter if needed, unlike MDF which cannot be repaired once the surface is compromised.
This product is made to order by our artisans in Ratangarh, Rajasthan. Orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 business days. Delivery across India takes an additional 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid standing water and direct sunlight for extended periods. Apply a thin coat of raw linseed oil or furniture oil once every 12 to 18 months if the surface looks dry. Sheesham and Teak contain natural oils and do not require heavy chemical maintenance.
All Mamta Handicraft furniture carries a 36-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Every piece is also covered by lifetime termite protection, a 3-step chemical treatment applied during manufacturing at our Ratangarh factory. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water submersion, or unauthorised modifications.
