That fits in a 12x14 ft dining room with 90 cm of chair clearance on all sides, which is the minimum for comfortable pull-out movement. Sheesham at this scale matters: an 8-seater in pine or rubberwood needs a central apron rail or the table flexes when seated guests push against the edge simultaneously.
Sheesham (Indian Rosewood, Dalbergia sissoo) is dense enough that a table at this length stays rigid without a centre support rail. The natural grain variations mean no two Urban Living tables look identical: the colour runs from warm amber to deep brown across the same tabletop depending on which boards were adjacent in the original plank. That variation is the grain of the wood, not a defect.

Every piece is also covered by lifetime termite protection, a 3-step chemical treatment applied during manufacturing at our Ratangarh factory. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water submersion, or unauthorised modifications.
