About This Urban Living Solid Sheesham Wood Eight Seater Dining Table Set
Eight upholstered dining chairs around a Sheesham table is a complete set, not a mix-and-match. The chairs match in construction (Sheesham frame, same upholstered seat and backrest) and in proportion to the table depth and height. Mismatched sets fail on proportion: chair arms that catch on the table edge, seat heights that don't clear the apron, back heights that look wrong from the far end of the room. This set avoids all of those.
Sheesham (Dalbergia sissoo) contains natural oils that resist surface moisture without relying on a coating. At a dining table under regular family use, that matters: hot cups, condensation, occasional spills. The upholstered chairs use fabric over solid Sheesham frames. The frames handle humidity cycling without the wood moving at the joint points, which is what causes fabric chairs to creak and loosen at the leg connections over a few monsoon seasons.

This product is made to order by our artisans in Ratangarh, Rajasthan. Orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 business days. Delivery across India takes an additional 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid standing water and direct sunlight for extended periods. Apply a thin coat of raw linseed oil or furniture oil once every 12 to 18 months if the surface looks dry. Sheesham and Teak contain natural oils and do not require heavy chemical maintenance.
All Mamta Handicraft furniture carries a 36-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Every piece is also covered by lifetime termite protection, a 3-step chemical treatment applied during manufacturing at our Ratangarh factory. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water submersion, or unauthorised modifications.
